राज्य के किसानो को आर्थिक मदत देने हेतू ओडिशा सरकार ने (Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation- KALIA) कालिया योजना 2023 का निर्माण किया है ।कालिया पोर्टल योजन इस योजना के अंतर्गत हाल ही में ओडीसा प्रदेश के 40 साल से अधिक किसानों बँक खाते में 804 करोड़ रुपए जमा कर दिये गए हैं। इस योजना से हर किसान के खाते में 2000-2000 रुपए कि राशी जमा की गई हैं।

कालिया योजना क्या है?

ओडिशा राज्य सरकार के द्वारा किसानों की आय बढ़ाने के लिए , कालिया योजना 2022 (KALIA YOJANA 2023) को सुरु किया है। इस के माध्कियम से किसानों को कई प्रकार की आर्थिक मदद दी जाती है। इस योजना से हर किसान के खाते में 2000-2000 रुपए कि राशी जमा की गई हैं।

KALIA YOJANA का FULL FROM क्या है ?

KALIA का अर्थ है , Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation| “आजीविका और आय वृद्धि के लिए कृषक सहायता”

Benefits of Kalia Yojana (लाभ)

1. छोटे और धनवान किसानों को सभी मौसमों में प्रति किसान परिवार को 25,000 रुपए की आर्थिक सहायता दी जाती है, इस से किसान बीज, उर्वरक, कीटनाशक , खेती उपयोगी सामान खरीद सकें।
2. भूमिहीन किसान परिवार को इस योजना से बकरी पालन , बत्तख पालन , मत्स्य पालन , मशरूम की खेती, मधुमक्खी पालन खेती करने के लिए 12,500 रुपए दिए जाते हैं। 
3. किसानो के स्वास्थ को ध्यान मे राखते हुये बुढे , बीमार, वृद्ध किसानों और भूमिहीन किसान मजदूरों को प्रति वर्ष 10,000 रुपए का लाभ दिए जाता हैं। 
4. किसानो को 2 लाख रुपए तक का बीमा कवर का लाभ , मात्र 6 रुपए में मिलता है ,2 लाख तक का व्यक्तिगत दुर्घटना बीमा कवर होता है ।
5. 51 वर्ष से अधिक आयु वाले किसानों को फ्री में 2 लाख तक का व्यक्तिगत दुर्घटना बीमा मिलता है। 
6. 0% ब्याज पर 50,000 रुपए तक कि राशी फसल ऋण प्रदान किया जाता है। 

कालिया योजना के उद्देश्य (Objectives of Kalia Yojana)

1. राज्य के सभी किसानों को सशक्तीकरण को बढ़ावा देना इस का उद्श है | 
2. किसान लाभार्थियों को अलग अलग सेवाओं की उपलब्धता कराना |
3. कृषि उत्पादकता और किसानों की आय बढ़ाने में इस योजना के मदत से आर्थिक सय्यता करना
4. दुर्घटना की स्थिति में किसानों को 2 लाख रुपए राशी का जीवन बीमा का लाभ देना |

Eligibility to get benefits under KALIA Yojana

1. किसान ओडिशा राज्य का निवासी होना चाहिए। 
2. छोटे और धनवान किसान, भूमिहीन किसान परिवार, कमजोर किसान परिवार, मजदूर भूमीहीन किसान सभी विकास योजना के लिये पात्र हैं। 
3. कालिया योजना के अंतर्गत लाभार्थी के लिए किसानों और भूमिहीन खेतिहर मजदूरों के साथ-साथ ब्याज मुक्त ऋण |
4. किसानो को जीवन बीमा सहायता प्रदान करना ।
5. योजना के माध्यम से र50 लाख परिवारों को लाभ मिलेगा|

• अब आपको सूची में अपने नाम की पुष्टि करे |
• कालिया आईडी, गांव का नाम, अपना नाम, पिता / पति का नाम और लिंग की जांच करनी होगी।

To apply for the KALIA Portal ekyc as an eligible farmer from Odisha, please follow these steps:

1. Visit the official website of the KALIA Portal.
2. Look for the “Complete your e-KYC Option” and click on it.

KALIA Yojana Grievance Application Procedure

• go to the official website
• Select the “online Grievance Application form” option which is available on the top corner right-hand side.

• After logging in to the KALIA Portal, a new page with instructions will appear on the screen. Read them carefully and click on the “Proceed” option.
• A question will appear on the screen asking “Do you want to file Grievance?” with two options – “Yes” and “No”. Click on “Yes”.
• A new screen will appear where you need to enter your Aadhaar card number.
• Click on the “Show” option to see the grievance application form.
• Fill in the application form with the required details.
• Click on the “Submit” option to submit the form.
• A token number will appear on the screen. Make sure to note it down for future reference.
